How Can I Keep My Jar Full Of Joy, Happiness and Fulfillment?

The best gifts we give ourselves are the gifts we give to others. That sounds like a paradox doesn’t it? In  the dictionary, a paradox is described as “a statement or proposition that seems self-contradictory or absurd but in reality expresses a possible truth.” Does that really pertain to joy, happiness and fulfillment?

I have found that if you truly want something in abundance, you must, first, be willing to give away what you have of that. If you want forgiveness you must first be willing to forgive. If you want love, you must be loving. This is true of happiness, joy and fulfillment.

Often times, giving first seems to be the hardest thing to do. When we are struggling with giving away we want, it is because we are looking at with the eyes of lack. If we felt we had an abundance of something, we wouldn’t be afraid to let go of some of it.

If we set ourselves a goal of giving away twice as much joy as we have received, could we do it?

Goals should be a tool that we use in every aspect of our lives. Learn how to set effective goals by signing up for the 7 day Goal Setting Course delivered to your email in box every day for one week. Click here to find out more!

You made several fine points there. I did a search on the issue and found the majority of folks will have the same opinion with your blog.

With thanks for another great article. Where else could anyone get that kind of information in such a perfect way of writing? I have a presentation next week, and I am on the look for such information.
